Rotary Dorset Bike Ride

open at 7.30am on Sunday 8th October

We are delighted to announce that Longthorns Campsite have confirmed that we will be able to use their site as the venue for the Rotary Dorset Bike Ride again in 2023 and we look forward to seeing previous and new riders registering to enter the Ride for what is always a fun filled event. We hope to see even more riders this year take on the various routes around the wonderful countryside of Dorset.
This event is well known for the friendliness and welcome of its volunteer marshals and for raising much needed funds for Cancer Research UK so we can help them beat cancer.
Sponsorships raised for CRUK will be much appreciated and will help them to carry out essential research to meet the needs of those diagnosed with cancer, but equally, if riders wish to raise funds for other cancer charities - then we still want to hear about this fundraising too.
In 2023, we will again have 5 routes of differing lengths on offer for amateur to serious cyclists and families from 22 miles up to the more challenging 108 mile route with registration fees from £30.00 for on-line registrations in advance. Children under 16 will once again have free registration for all routes for on-line registrations in advance – but must be accompanied by a full fee paying adult who is responsible for their safety throughout the ride.

as well as amateur or serious cyclists! 5 routes from 22 to 108 miles - you decide what challenge you want to take on! Free Food Refreshment Stops for all registered riders at various points along the routes Free entry for children under 16 for all on-line registrations All children must be accompanied by a registered fee paying adult responsible for their safety throughout the ride. Special Group Rates available for on-line registrations for groups of maximum ten riders Join in and help us & CRUK to KICK CANCER INTO TOUCH Register on-line in Advance Registrations on the day will cost more! |

REGISTRATION FEES
SPECIAL OFFER FOR 2023 - GROUP RATES FOR EACH GROUP OF TEN RIDERS
- 22 and 35 mile - On-line advance registration - £30 per rider - increasing to £35 for registrations on the day.
- 55, 70 and 108 mile routes - On-line advance registration - £40 per rider increasing to £45 for registrations on the day
- Children* under 16 yrs are FREE ON ALL ROUTES for on-line registrations
- However, *ALL children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult rider throughout the ride.

- 22 & 35 Mile routes - £250 - for maximum of 10 riders registrations in same group
- 55, 70 & 108 mile routes - £350 - for maximum of 10 riders registrations in same group
- NOTE - SPECIAL GROUP RATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT - so groups encouraged to book on-line in advance to take advantage of this special offer.
